i5 4440+ 760 or i5 4670(non-K)+R9 270X

Solution
yea as previous posts have already mentioned, the 4440+ 760 is probably the best out of these two. Reasons being most games are more gpu dependant than cpu (as someone has already stated) ...the gtx 760 will run quieter and cooler and use less power compared to the 270x...which makes it really good over clocker and plus you get physx, shadowplay etc with it as well ...although the performance difference between the two cpus http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-4670-vs-Intel-Core-i5-4440 is not massive, same is the case with the gpus http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R9-270X-vs-GeForce-GTX-760 ...so the only reason to choose either would be power usage, heat dissipation and overclock ability ...and physx if that matters to you
Both choices are very similar.
The 4670 @ 3.4 is slightly stronger than the 4440 @3.3
Similarly, the GTX760 may be a bit stronger than a R9-270X.
In actual usage you could not tell the difference among any combination.
I might pick the 4440 and GTX760 case on the basis that gaming is more dependent on the graphics card than the cpu.
