Question i5-4440 + GTX 970 in 2019?

To Tom's Hardware community:
I have the following gaming-centered build in mind:

• Intel i5-4440 (stock cooler)
• Nvidia GTX-970
• 16GB DDR3 RAM
• ASRock Z97M Killer motherboard
• Samsung 960 Pro/SM 961
• Any 1TB mechanical hard disk

I am able to acquire all of these parts for less that $400, and I already have the case, psu, and other assorted parts. However, I wonder if this is enough for 60fps 1080p gaming on medium/low high setting on most games? Or are these components just too obsolete?

P.S. Is there any tangible difference (besides capacity) between an OEM 250GB SM961 and the retail 512GB 960 PRO?

I just sold my similar config last week.. difference - i5-4570 n Asus z87-A Mobo...with 19" led TV monitor...Price - 250$
