i5-4440 + gtx 970 vs. i5-4690k + gtx 760

I don't have money for i5-4690k with gtx 970. So, which combo is better for gaming?
I will play only in 1080p.

Mobo: MSI z97-g43 ("Z" for future).
PSU: Chieftec B-550BC
Case: Zalman z9 u3 or Zalman z11 plus (Didn't decide yet.)
Sorry for bad english.

Solution
Both CPUs would be more than adequate running any given graphics card. That said, I'd go for the 4440 + GTX 970; the 970 is far superior to the 760.

Better still, you can get the 4460 for less than $10 more than the 4440. The 4460 and 970 would make a formidable combo.

If he's really hard up for cash and that Chieftec unit is far more affordable than other units, it should be fine for basic needs. Doing a quick search online about Chieftec, there seems to be generally favorable reviews about their products; they're nothing special, but they get the job done from the looks of it.

If possible, I agree a few more bucks should be spent on a higher quality brand, but if it's not an option, that unit should do the job.

I would go with. i5-4440 + gtx 970
Possessors like that rarely bottleneck games, however if you are going for long term value you might consider i5-4690k + gtx 760 and be able to swap GC(s) later.

i would go with i5 4440 and gtx 970 cause both processors are good so it won't be that much fps drop but in GPU gtx 970 is better than gtx 760 so go with first solution :)
