i5 4460.It is faster.
But the 8 series motherboard will require BIOS update before it can use that CPU. So either you get a H97 or Z97 motherboard or an 8 series motherboard which can atleast boot up allowing you to update BIOS. I would recommend an ASUS motherboard as they have Flash BIOS for easy BiOS update.
