i5 4440 + msi h81m e33

Is i5 4440 + msi h81m e33 good? I need to buy motherboard (cheap) for 1150 because i sold my fx 8320 + motherboard + spc fortis and i have got ~800zł to get a new CPU + motherboard so i choose i5 4440 + that motherboard. Is it good?

I have built a lot of PCs with the H81m-P33 with everything from celerons to i5s, they seem to work nice and for the money, is hard to beat. I would imagine the e33 is not much different.

Thank you so much. I wanted to get better mobo and cpu but money... Will pcie 2.0 not slow the 270x? Will be I able to get i7 4770 in future on this mobo?

I don't think you will have any problems with the 270x, also, no point int upgrading an i5 to an i7 from the same generation.
