i5 4440 vs FX 8320

Please help me choose between following pc conf.:
My monitor is 1080p. I will use the PC for video editing and gaming. Both conf. are the same price. And do you think that this PSU will be enough if i upgrade the GPU to R9 280X ?

Build number 2 should be better at video editing and there arent the big differences in gaming, so I would recommend build 2(might want to invest in some faster ram if you are going to be rendering alot)-

Nice thinkin man while picking those parts, i'd go with the fx 8320 and change the vga to r9 270
ufortunately you cant upgrade the vga because the wattage may not be sufficient

Take AMD one. PSU will be enough for upgrade for real, people really overestimate power requirements nowadays.

What program are you using for editing? Many can use the GPU for acceleration which makes the CPU choice irrelevant. Using the GPU will be much faster.

no vrm heatsinks, they may overheat under load and cause throttling. does it have to be micro atx?

I purchased 1 week ago the FX 8320, had a q9550 before that.
The difference was huge and the fx 8320 is fast as hell when it comes to rendering.
The 550W will be plenty i guess because in my case i have a 550W Fortron raider 80+ bronze
and the cpu is overclocked to 4.81Ghz, the gpu is 7870 which is overclocked at 1200/1380
and i havent seen a single throttle in the performance, battlefield 4/3 and many other cpu intensive games
run without any stutter or anything, so go with the second build!

So i found this for the same price:
CPU: FX 6300

Do you think that this is better from the 1 and 2 conf. ? And whit this MB i think i can go with FX 8320 later

what is your budget, that will help everyone give you a better idea of what to get. do you plan on overclocking? If you go the amd route I would highly recommend it given how easily the fx8320 overclocks.

I mean does this MB in my last post is OK for fx 6300 and later for fx 8320 ?

I wouldnt touch an msi motherboard with a barge pole, but that is just my personal opinion. If you can accelerate your video editing with a graphics card, the haswell build is the way to go. It should last you many years.
