[SOLVED] i5 4460 3.2ghz will it bottleneck gtx 1650 (not super)?

For all intents and purposes, you're going to be fine though throwing in a newer gen GPU on an older gen platform will mean that the GPU will be better than the CPU can muster. Make and model of the GPU you're looking at and the PSU you own(as well as it's age)?

i think it might...
the 1650 is meant to be paired with something about as powerful as the ryzen 1600 af... so you probably will have a slight bottle neck, but depending on the performance your willing to deal with it might be alright getting it now and then upgrading the cpu next
