i5 4460 and Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H URGENTHELP

Hey there I was making this thread because I was very curious and I needed a lot of help. I was thinking of building a pretty budget but high-end gaming pc with the i5 4460 and the Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H as well as two 4 gig HyperX Savages as well as a nvidia gtx 760 or the gtx 750 ti, are there any better combinations? Is the 4460 a good gaming processor and also is the Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H good for gaming? Two final questions, is it better to have two 4 gig hyper x savages or 1 8 gig? Finally, is there a better card that could be in that range or price? Thank you very much and if it isn't too much trouble please answer.

if you have a local micro center the 4590 non k is 160.00. also look at the asrock h97 mb. the b line of mb is the lowest mb you can buy with an intel chipset. with the h97 you can drop in a newer haswell or brodwell with just a firmware update. with ram and newer mb it better to have two dimms. if you use one dimm the ram runs slower.
in two weeks amd dropping newer gpu in till the nda lifts and we get some hard numbers as of now all we have are leaks.

What is a local micro center? I currently have none of these parts and also would like to know specific names that would be in good pair with the gpu, I also want to see the new amd one but I dont know if I would buy it due to it being amd, still I would like to know if the 4460 is good for the new games that are comibng out, ark, fallout 4, etc. and also if the motherboard was good. Also, could you please be a bit more specific? Thanks!

the 4460/4590 are both good cpu for the money. just swap out the mb for a better h97. for the gpu wait two weeks when the newer amd cards drop they may be price drops on both amd and nvidia products. if there are try buying on amd the highest 280/290 card. on nvidia see if the 4g 960 or 970 drop to where you can buy one.

But would an amd 280 be better than an nvida 960? and also as for the mb, is it this one? Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H or this one? MSI H97M-E35. Thanks!
