I5 4460 and gtx 1070 (bottleneck)?

Alright, before anyone says something, yes I have mild knowledge of bottlnecking but I know what it means, either way, I wanna know if my i5 4460 will bottleneck the GTX 1070 G1 Gaming , I will play only on 1080p monitors 75hz,I have a gigabyte gaming 3 MOBO, and 8 gigs of ram, PSU : CX600 corsair.
I want to know if this will be enough to run a gtx 1070, and if the processor is good, and tell me what I need to replace in order to make it work, I will not use 1440p

The cpu is good , and you will have little bottleneck in CPU intensive games.

The CPU is loaded but the GPU is only using 50% .
Your PSU will be fine , I m still using 8GB of ram no issues so far playing Doom , Battlefield 1 and mostly modern games with 8 GB.
