12gb ram HyperX Savage
1TB HDD Seagate Barracuda
Gtx 750ti
H97+
Psu 500w

Im thinking about upgrade to GTX 1060 6gb
Im using stock cooler right now
My question is: is it enough for gtx 1060?

Your CPU cooler has no affect regarding your GPU capability. I would be more concerned on make/model of your power supply.
