i5-4460 or i7 2600 with GTX 750 ti streaming build for Sims 4 - 720p 30fps

Hi I'm contemplating on doing a cheap streaming build for Sims 4.
I'm torn between i5-4460 and i7-2600.
The i5 is cheaper but I don't know if it'll be enough whereas the i7 will have 8 threads and more cache so I'm thinking it'll cope better with streaming.. but not sure.

Do you think it would cope with streaming 720p 30fps on Twitch?
I'd do h264, not sure if GTX 750 ti is powerful enough for Nvenc.

I've limited by a 400W 80+ PSU and budget so don't want to go more.
Potentially I could use a 450W 80+ old PSU I have lying around.
Any ideas? Thanks all

I donot have alot info on streaming however if you are building a new system why old Intel processor if they are at good prices maybe for upgrading current system, apart from that get i7. If possible R5 2600 would help with some good mobo and about streaming with 750ti i hardly doubt.

this is on a shoestring budget for a friend hence the specs so I'm using some parts I have already plus some other parts that I'll get from ebay
I'm a proud AMD fanboy that owns a Ryzen 5 2600 :D
