i5 4460 s1150

So i just want to ask if the s1150 is for MICRO ATX motherboards only since some sites here sell like 2 diffrent i5 4460s for example they sell it and put s1150 and then for the more expensive one they just put LGA 1150... So first i want to ask if it means the same and the site is literally doing something silly or does it mean anything... If it does, could i use both the s1150 and the LGA1150 on the ASRock H97 Pro4 or only the LGA1150... And if they're diffrent is the LGA1150 better then the s1150... I just want to be sure so i don't f up...

And also is an i5 4460 Haswell worth the extra 7€ to the normal i5 4460?

The "S" version is speced lowe than the non "S".

4460s Processor Base Frequency is 2.9 GHz where the 4460 is 3.2GHz, bot turbo up to 3.4GHz

s1150 and LGA1150 is the same thing, it just refers to the socket of the CPU on the MB.

S1150 is not a socket. Lga 1150 is. All i5 4xxx processors are haswell based.
