i5 4460 too noisy

Hey everyone.
i am playing CSGO

I bought i5 4460 almost a year ago and it worked great but last two days it suddenly makes alot noise while playing (with headphones on i can hardly hear ingame from noise)

idle temp is about 40 °C
while ingame its about 67 °C (but when i minimaze game it insta become quiet)

it's not dusty i clean it regularly

any ideas?

What cooler? What make/model of gpu (sure it's not that)?

Is it a fan noise, or something else like hard drive squeal? Is the noise coming out of your speakers? If it's a fan, you should be able to narrow it down by listening to it from different angles to pinpoint which fan. Could be CPU cooler, PSU fan, GPU fan, Case fan, etc. If it's not a fan, the only other things in a case that typically make noise are Hard Drives, CD/DVD Rom, and I guess a monumentally bad case of coil whine...

i had a power supply that was making soo much noise and when i kicked the computer 80% of the time it fixed it .. TRY kicking you PC 😉 i am kidding dont do that ...

Hey! It's CPU cooler (i am using default one, or whatever its called)

GPU: ASUS nvidia 750ti
PSU: Chieftec GPS-500A8

Can check to make sure the power cable or the like isn't touching the fan and that the heatsink's four connectors are firmly connected.

Failing that, sounds like replacement fan time.
