I5 4460 vs i5 4570

I want to move from amd FX6300 to intel , and i want to save my 16 DDR3 rams. I've choosed 1150 as my new platform and got question , cuz there is quite large price difference on those two processors in my country. Will i see difference between 4460 and 4570 on games like witcher 3 ? (btw graphic card is 1060 6GB )

There's no noticeable difference between those two CPUs while gaming,

In Haswell CPU family, the best i5 CPU is i5-4690K which you can OC if you use Z-series MoBo (e.g Z97 chipset). With i5-4690K, you'll see difference in gaming.

The absolute best CPU for LGA1150 socket is i7-4790K. Also, best used with Z-series MoBo for OC purposes,

My Haswell build (full specs in my sig) has i5-4590 CPU and GTX 760 GPU. My PC runs my games with high/ultra settings @ 1080p with solid 60+ FPS just fine.
