i5-4460 vs overclocked fx-6300

I am building a budget gaming computer and am going to use r9 390x(It is on sale)

I am confused,which should go for,fx-6300 with aftermarket cooler (for overclocking) or i5 4460.
Please suggest a budget motherboard as well.

I live in india.

The FX-6300 will bottleneck the R9 390 even at a high overclock. The i5 is better so if you have the money it is a decent buy.

What is your budget in Rs?

Any H97 motherboard will work well with an i5. If you plan to overclock an FX 6300, you will need a very good 970 chipset board, at least.
