You will get the best performance from the i5 4460 and the 980ti, however in very CPU intensive games you may experience very slight bottlenecking. However the 980ti is powerful enough so that even when bottlenecked it will outperform the 980 or 970 by quite a noticeable amount. Your second best option would probably be the 970, I just don't find the 980 worth the money when you get such a big performance boost for $100 in the form of the 980ti. Your absolute best option in my opinion would just be to save up a little bit more and get the 6600k and 980ti.
