ubisoft games that are notorious for not being optimized dont count.

crysis 3 or battlefield 4 are prime examples of how a games engine should work.

Of course they count. You gotta be prepared to whatever **** they throw at you. It's not always we'll get a superb game in terms of optimization (aka Tomb Raider 2013).
