I5 4590 low voltage?

i have an i5 4590 as the title says,and im looking at it's voltage and it idles at between Vcore of:0.168V-0.300V
and when im gaming its on 1.016V
is it ok voltages??

Edit:when i'm playing for example gta v the game freezes and the core voltage drops to 0.960v and sometimes even less..
Any suggestions?

Honestly I wouldn't sweat it, unless the mobo bios indicates in red that voltages is too high and might damage it.
Keep using it as is and keep your cpu clock and turbo clock in a good safe spot and keep going.
This in my new intel chip and mobo I rebuilt 2 or 3 weeks ago, for the life of me I can't get the memory to go up 1600mhz.

I got a kingston pc3-12800 (800Mhz writen on CPU-Z)but its actually 1600Mhz
in short its a 8GB stick installed in the PC 1600Mhz

Don't know if its gigabyte problem or the ram I had for 6 years won't use 1600mhz as stated. 😛
