I5 4590 & MoBo BIOS compatibility

Hi there, I have a i5 4590 and my MoBo just died (msi h97i AC - 3 beeps error (it isn't the ram I tested them in other pc and they worked)) so I need a new one, here where I live the options are very limited, and someone is selling a AsRock H81M-VG4 and I need to know if the BIOS of this MoBo is compatible with my cpu out of the box.... Thanks

Here is the CPU support list for that board. As you can see, the Haswell-Refresh CPU is good to go with the 1.30 BIOS or later.

As you can see here in the BIOS download page, the 1.30 BIOS was released way back in the end of 2013. It was one of the earlier BIOSs. So, unless the board is one of the first releases, it should be fine.
