The SSD will load anything you put on it faster. The issue here is space though. Most of your programs that will take the longest to load are the biggest ones and because of space constraints you're probably not going to be able to put very many games or other big programs on the SSD. Most people get an SSD for a faster boot time and they put most of their programs on a much larger hard drive. So while the load times will be faster for your smaller programs and for your OS you're probably not going to see much difference after you're already on the desktop and everything has already been loaded.
