i5 4590 temps

Hello, I have noticed that while doing simple activities such as web browsing my i5 4590 can reach up to 45c. Is this normal for the stock heatsink?

It's well within its' design parameters. If it goes over 70C you may have a problem. For now it's fine.

45°C while browsing web/ light programs is normal, how hot does it get under max load? If it's 70° C or lower you are fine

If you are worried about temps you can grab a cheap aftermarket cooler for 20-$30 like the hyper 212 Evo or cryorig h7.

Without an overclock my 4690k was at about 50°C under load. When it would be 70° C with the stock heatsink

Yes that is also something I wanted to bring up, I have noticed that my temperatures sometimes rise to max of 75c, but never above while gaming. Is this something that needs to be addressed?
