I built a gaming pc in march and i heve been have texture problems in most intensive games since then, i thought my 280x was not good enough but i think it may have something to do with the cpu temps, during a 1 hour session of far cry 3 they got up to 84 degrees at max, and were all at about 75 degrees, i am using the stock cooler, could it be that this is affecting the game?
here are some screenshots:
this is an example of what flashes http://prntscr.com/5ebv6m
this is the normal shot 1 second later http://prntscr.com/5ebvqt
any help appreciated

The stock Intel cooler is inadequate for gaming. I suggest a good CLC (Closed Loop Cooler) cooler as good air coolers stress the motherboard. But almost any aftermarket cooler will do. Coolermaster Hyper 212 and Noctua D14 are the best of the air coolers, but Corsair, Thermaltake and Antec CLCs are what I'd buy.

any one in particular you would recommend, i do not want to spend to much as i cannot even overclock, but something decent for around 50 or less would be alright.
