i5-4670 Getting Hot

I have i5-4670 CPU With deep cool thermal paste, still it reaches 60* C when 50% Cpu is used and reaches 95*C When 75-90% CPU is being Used, So i have to always use Ubuntu, i cannot use windows as it immidiately heats up the CPU, What can i do to kepp the CPU Cooler ?

95 Celsius is really dangerous for your CPU. I'd advise you to upgrade your CPU cooler to something, anything than what you have currently, because it's obviously not doing it's job. DO NOT FORCE YOUR COMPUTER TO RUN. If you keep attempting to run your CPU at 95c , it's going to die, and that's not good.

Yes , im using the stock intel heatsink, and i'm quite sure that i've applied it correctly, because before applying it, CPU used to run at 60*C even when running ubuntu, But now if running ubuntu the tempreture is mostly 45-53*C

I would reseat the CPU cooler and apply new thermal paste. You can use Isopropyl alcohol to clean the old past off both your CPU and the heatsink, just make sure its above 70%.

Its Less than a month, after i applied the paste

I would check the thermal paste just to make sure it didn't dry out for whatever reason or that it is applied to the total surface area and there are no empty spots. Reseat the heatsink to make sure that nothing came lose, that it is centered on the processor and that it is making full contact with the CPU. Clean out any dust that may be in the heatsink/fan.

Was the CPU overclocked at all?
