i5 4670k 85 degrees temp on batman origins

Hi. Is this okay? I am only playing batman then it reached this temp. I'm using the default cooler. Does setting my ram to 1866mhz also affects my speed?

i5 4670k
asus r9 280x
gigabyte z87x-ud3h
nzxt phantom 410
ram 2x4gb 1866mhz
seasonic m12II 750 watts

It's not immediately dangerous, but it is pretty high, I'd recommend getting an aftermarket cooler for your CPU.

I just found out that the frequency is 3.8ghz instead of 3.4ghz i tried changing it to default 3.4ghz in bios but it is not changing even though I set it to 3.4 and save and exit.
