i5 4670K motherboard

Which motherboard is better for i5 4670K. Asus Z87-A or ASRock Z87 Extreme4. If you have a better motherboard to recommend i'm open to ideas but I can't go over 140$.

I've done at least a dozen builds with the ASUS Z87A and it is a great board, I would recommend it highly.

How about somthng a tad cheaper? I am looking into purchasing the same CPU but the mother boards recommended are expensive for me. THIS is a great board with a lot of nice features and all the latest stuff at a better price point. I've used a number of them and they are every bit as nice as the Z87 if you don't overclock.

Now what is the risk of me trying to find a cheaper one? I found a couple for 100 or more. What should we both be looking for in a motherboard for that CPU? I do plan on getting a GTX 650ti also but later on.
