i5-4670k or FX-8350 with R9-270x?!

So I am planning in getting a new pc and I wanted to know which config would be the best to play BF4 ultra with nice fraps?
i5-4670k or FX-8350 bothwith R9-270 (which is 200$ at newegg) or getting the 7950? (270$)

A better GPU will give a much better performance gain than a better CPU. Not to mention the FX's aren't much worse and perform equally in some games.
