How much can I over clock the i5 4670k and how much more power would it use? I'm using it for a gaming computer so I need it to be fast. I was thinking somewhere around 4.2-4.4 GHz and I need to know how much power it would use so I know if I need a bigger power supply.

Right but is my cooler good enough to handle the overclocked cpu?

we dont know what your cooler is, if its the stock intel cooler then you have a little bit of headroom, likely you could push it to 3.9-4.0ghz but you should download a temperature monitoring program(hwmonitor/aida64) and prime95/intel burn test if your going to try... and do not let it go over 80c.

also we dont know what your power supply is or your motherboard model. a quality power supply will supply clean power and a motherboard with nice vrm moduals will help a chip overclock better... as long as you have a heatsink that can dissipate heat from the cpu.

No problem, I unpicked it for you 😀.

That PSU is very good and that cooler should handle an overclock too. Every chip is different so I can't say how high you'll be able to go, but those will give you a very good start.
