Ok so as you can see in the screenshot temperatures on idle are around 20 degrees and while playing AC, they've risen up to 40 degrees, is HW monitor indicating these temperatures correctly?
tried with RealTemp as well and it indicates the same temperatures

I use a Zerotherm Zen FZ120 cooler

I thought Haswell run really hot

Your Prime95 screen shot indicates that you do not have Intel Turbo Boost enabled. You spend extra money for a K series CPU which has an adjustable multiplier and not only are you not overclocking it, you are not even running it at its rated speed. No wonder your CPU runs so cool.

Most people that are complaining about how hot Haswell runs are trying to run them at 4500 MHz. Big difference. Start overclocking your CPU, run Prime95 again and then show us how cool your CPU is running.
I recommend using realtemp for a more accurate representation of your temps. Sometimes HWmonitor and others can be inaccurate. I mean at stock clock the cpu isn't going to get that hot, but the fact the you're getting below ambient tempuratures (unless you're operating in a refrigerator), it gives me the feeling that your temps aren't being read accurately.

The ambient temp is 19 degrees
and look I've tried with Real Temp and Aida64 and, same results
the cpu heatsink seem rather cold than warm, even after 30 mins of gameplay, I barely feel a bit of warmth onto my hand

I know I have disabled it, but I thought even with turbo boost disabled I thought temps would be still high, but like I said in my previous posts, I don't plan on OC-ing, I'm just a casual gamer, I'm happy with 30-40 fps :)
But hey this is the right answer I was looking for, atleast now people who have a haswell cpu should know what to do, if they don't want to OC and if they are willing to sacrifice a bit of performance for some degrees :)
