hello guys !
i am having troubles finding out what does tray/oem means ?
i went to some pc store and find out they have a speical offer which is :
i5 4670K Tray/OEM
MSI Z97-G43 GAMING ( which support 4th gen and the next 5th gen )
CPU Cooler: ASUS AMA Phantom
and only for 340 dollar
and the guy who's selling show me everything new inside boxes , setup was awsome
but i didnt get what tray/oem :/

what does it means ? and is it good buy ? .
currently i have ( h81-plus mobo , and i5-4440 cpu )

Solution

it will be be a waste of money to get that bundle your cpu and the one specified will not make a big improvement
put your money towards a better gpu, psu , motherboard what ever you need

thanks alot guys ! man that little shit almost rip me off then , i'll just pass
though there's another offer i saw in other store , which is i5-4690 Tray/OEM ( non K )
for like 45000 s.p , which is like 180 dollar
is it worth it ?

dude you don't need another i5 what is so hard to understand about you won't get a performance increase

no need to insult dude 🙁
am just picky every one has a z motherboard with i5 90 something lol
and i am just sitting here with my 4440 , anyway if no preformance increase then i'll just keep it

yeah sorry im just not having a very good day today just forget i said that
but invest in a better gpu if you need one

yeah i already did , gtx 970 asus strix for 360 dollar 🙁 ( if i bought it online would have much lower price , but non would dellever out side europe )
will this build last for 2>3 years ?
or do i need to chance something ?

yes it will last a while being able to handle newer games at max settings 1080p
but i would just save the money incase something fails since you pretty much have everything you need for a long time
or save money to upgrade to sli 970 or a i7k series later on
