i5 4670k weird mhz fluctuation

These are the temps after playing assassins creed unity for half an hour, the weird minimum mhz happens seemingly random(notice no fps drops or anything ingame), i suspect when closing or alt tabbing, when i put it on balanced power with speedstepping it goes down to 50 mhz(aside from the normal 3 steps).

I have everything on auto in bios settings, except max wattage which i have on max 80 watt, since it tried using 120 watt during a prime65 run with auto settings.

I doubt it gets that low; what does Intel XTU show (you can set it to record for one hour)?

Thanks, hadn't heard about that program untill now, will do all the stresstesting and benchmarks available to see if i get the same weird fluctuation.
