Hi, I have a plan to upgrade my computer to I5 4590/4690, So how much watt and Ampere's Required for this processor, also how it bottlenecks my GPU (GTX650 TI Boost)and the overclocking system
RIG:
CPU : Intel I5 4690
GPU : Zotac GTX650 TI Boost
HDD : WDC Blue 1TB & WDC Blue 250GB
MB : Asus H87M-PRO
RAM : 4X2 DDR3 V-GEN

A single Geforce GTX 650ti Boost - requires 24A on +12V rail and a 450W PSU minimum

Measured power consumption single card

1.System in IDLE = 98 W
2.System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 221W
3.Difference (GPU load) = 123 W
4.Add average IDLE wattage ~10W
5.Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 133 Watts

Get a very good 500-600W PSU and you'll be fine.

i5 will certainly not bottleneck the 650 ti.

Danoded, you should possibly read your own post.
220w full system consumption but a 450w psu minimum? Where did the other 230w go?

To get things right, the power draw of an I5 4690 goes up to ~90 watt. The 650ti consumes very little too, maybe 200w maximum. Add 20w for hard disks, motherboard and what not and you're at 310w. A 310w psu would certainly suffice, if there was one available with good build quality and all needed connectors. If you tell me your current psu, I'll tell you if it's okay. If you need a new one, I'd recommend you to get a high quality one. An affordable option would be the rosewill caostone 450w, xfx ts 550w, seasonic s12(g) 520w or several others.

As for the I5 4590/4690, it won't bottleneck the system at all. You vould easily upgrade to a gtx 980 and the cpu wouldnt bottleneck it. Even two gtx 970's would run fine.

The current PSU is Dazumba DZ-700,
INPUT : 230Vac,50HZ,5A
OUTPUT : 4 rail 12V@11.8A
3.3V@12A
5V@13A
The reason i want to bought new one, because when i'm playing games , the GPU suddenly become black screen, the Cpus still running, but the GPU not running
