Question i5-4690 and RX570 Bottleneck?

I've had a 4690 since 2015 paired with a GT740 so I of course upgraded and decided to use the MSI Armor RX570. The only issue is when I play games like Fortnite (I know...), I can barely maintain 80 fps. It always stutters tons (up and down 10-15fps most of the time) and drops down to 40 when there are a lot of players and builds in small spaces.

I suspect it's a CPU bottleneck but when I read forums before buying the GPU, I saw that there would be no problem. Is this the issue?

CPU: Intel i5-4690
Motherboard: MSI B85-G41 PC Mate
GPU: MSI Armor RX570 8GB
RAM: HyperX Fury Red 8GB DDR3 @ 1866MHz

There shouldn't be much of a GPU bottleneck. What settings are you using?

Did you completely remove old gpu drivers using DDU and install new drivers?
All other drivers updated?

I'm on all low except View Distance and Anti-Aliasing. I also have all my drivers up to date,

So there shouldn't be a problem right? Maybe an overheating issue then.

What are cpu and gpu thermals in temps?

75C; 65% Load; 1200MHz Clock Speed; 1500 RPM
