i5 4690 bad load.

Hello guys,i have 20 to 50% usage in almost every game with my i5.I saw alot of videos at youtube for the same cpu and they are almost every cores at 100%.Please help i have a lot of fps problems.

make sure your power settings are set to high performance (i had mine set to power saver one time and it took me hours to figure it out).

It's already high perfomance.

Sorry I'm personally not very versed on what your problem is. I can go through suggesting that it might be anything from your PSU to a bios problem. If you could run it through a cpu stress test and monitor with speedfan or something that might help.
