Will these processors deliver the same amount of processing power at stock configuration without a single difference under same system conditions? I mean The i5 4690k is superior only when overclocked, otherwise the same?

Overall, yes. The K can be overclocked much easier.

At stock they are Identical, no differences. The only difference is the K SKU is unlocked
