i5-4690k 100% load while streaming

Hey,
So I have read that i5-4690k should be pretty good for streaming and stuff, but it happens to be under 100% load when I start streaming and gaming. The game fps stays okay but the stream is stuttering heavily. I've tried many different options but none of these seem to work good. Is it common with this cpu and would overclocking it help?

Overclocking would help some. But an i5 isn't made for streaming at all. Especially on a higher end game.

4 cores, 4 threads. Unless you're encoding through dedicated encoders like with the current graphics hardware, that might be just normal. Especially since more and more games benefit from 4 and more threads.
