Hi guys!
I august I built this rig:

Case: PCYes Horse Red
CPU: Intel Core i5 4690K @ 4.5GHz
CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster V4 GTS
Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 7
RAM Memory: 2x 4GB G.Skill Sniper Series 2133 CL9
VGA: MSI R9 280X 3GB 384bit
HD #1: Seagate 500GB
HD #2: Seagate 2000GB
PSU: Corsair GS 800
Fans: 6x 120mm fans with red led (3x intake - 3x exhaust)

Now I got some time to try some new clocks on CPU and see what I can reach.

This what I get at this moment:

CPU Frequency: 4.5GHz
CPU Multiplier: 45
Cache Ratio: 43
CPU Vcore: 1.26v

Stress Test: Intel Extreme Tuning Utility for about 3 hours (Passed)
CPU Temps: 39c ~ 45c (Idle) / 45c ~ 65c (Gaming) / 75c ~ 85c (While stressing).

What do you guys think about these results? Can I say that I got a good chip?

PS: My girlfriend also have an i5 4690K and a ASRock Z97 Extreme6 and can't get 4.5Ghz even with 1.32v (Now running 4.4Ghz with 1.28v).

Thanks!

That's a decent OC. Your VCore is a bit above average for these speeds as far as I can tell.
I'd try lowering the cache ratio back to stock, it does hardly anything for performance and you might be able to squeeze out another 100MHz core that way.

Nice! I will try it later!

Should I try bump more 100MHz with the 1.26v or a lower voltage?

Started the stress test here

Multiplier: 46
Cache Ratio: 43
VCore: 1.25v

If it fails, I will lower the Cache Ratio.
