i5 4690k and noctua nh-d15 to 4.8

Hi guys i was wondering if I could run my i5 stable at with this cooler .If not what would be the max ?
MOBO IS: msi z97 u3 plus
psu: XFX CORE EDITION PLUS 750W 80PLUS

That setup should work if your 4690k will OC stable to 4.8.
