I5 4690K - Can't change CPU Ratio to manual

I've been trying to overclock my 4690k, but the CPU ratio is locked to auto

Here are my specs:

Mobo: MSI Z97 Krait edition (LGA1150)
CPU: i5-4690K @ 3.5GHz / 3.9GHz Turbo
RAM: 2x (4GB) HyperX Fury DDR3 (1866MHz)
GPU: EVGA GTX 960 4GB SSC

You don't set it to manual.
Go down to CPU ratio and type in what you wish to set it to and hit enter it will change to that number.
