i5-4690K or i5-4690? (No Intention of OC)

Does these 2 cpu's have the same specs but its just that the K version is unlocked? Because i want one of these 2 cpu's but i won't be OCing, Wondering if the K version if more powerful at stock.

Yes, the only difference is K version is unlocked, both have 3.9GHz stock turbo boost, and exactly same performance unless you want to OC the K version.
