-i5 4690k
-Asus GeForce GTX960 2GB Strix OC (90YV07N0-M0NA00)
-Asus Maximus VII Hero
-Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB DDR3-2400MHz (CMY16GX3M2A2400C11R)
-Be Quiet Silent Base 800
-Corsair RM Series RM650 80Plus Gold
-Sandisk Ultra II SSD 240GB
-Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB (WD1003FZEX)

What country and what budget?

I would not use that motherboard because it's too expensive.
I would not use the GTX960 because it is overpriced.
I would not use the Sandisk ssd because it is not as reliable as others.
I would not use the Corsair psu for the same reason.

You could do better for the same amount of money.

What country? Have you ever used partpicker.com? They have different country tabs in the top right you can select. It's hard for me to help if I don't know where to get the parts/prices from. The GTX960 may not be overpriced where you are like it is in the US.

im from greece.
-i5 4690k 254 €
-Asus GeForce GTX960 2GB Strix OC (90YV07N0-M0NA00) 237€
--Asus Maximus VII Hero 218€
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB DDR3-2400MHz (CMY16GX3M2A2400C11R) 120€
Be Quiet Silent Base 800 130€
Corsair RM Series RM650 80Plus Gold 130€
Sandisk Ultra II SSD 240GB 110€
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB (WD1003FZEX) 80€

Get a cheaper Z97 motherboard that supports SLI and use that money to get a better video card. Aim for a GTX970, but if that is too much, look at the R9 290 or R9 280x.

You could save money by dropping to 8GB RAM.

I recommend Crucial or Samsung for the ssd.

Switch the psu for a Seasonic, XFX, Antec, Super Flower, EVGA B2, G2, or GS, or Rosewill Capstone. 550w if you aren't going to SLI, or 750w if you will.

i found 3 motherboard
Asus SaberTooth Z97 Mark 2 172€
Asus Gryphon Z97 Armor Edition 180€
Asus Maximus VII Ranger 181€

gtx970 is expensive for me so i found
Sapphire Radeon R9 280 3GB Dual-X Boost OC 210€
Samsung 850 Evo 250GB 115€
be quiet is it good company for psu?

Those Z97 boards are still very expensive. There is just no sense in spending so much there.
The R9 280 is equal to the 960 but it's a little cheaper so that's good.
The Samsung 850 Evo is much better.
be quiet has a couple of good models but most of them are just ok.

Is there a website I could look at?
