Yet to see a review of the Arctic Cooling Alpine 11 GT 28.6 CFM Fluid Dynamic Bearing CPU Cooler so I wanted to see if anyone has any experience or knowledge with it, my CPU is an i5 4690k, don't plan on overclocking for now (Might in the future, will obviously upgrade to liquid cooling)

Full part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/PFvzVn
Artic cooling fan: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/arctic-cooling-cpu-cooler-ucacoap112gbb01

Thanks!
Side note: I was going to get a Hyper 212 evo but, I decided to get this temporarily until I get liquid cooling or a more expensive fan

No, absolutely do not purchase that cooler - it is a cheap piece of junk and it's not any better than the stock fan. Honestly you're better off using the stock fan. I had the AMD version of that fan and I can guarantee that it's a cheap piece of junk. That's probably why you don't see any reviews of it. If you want something better than a stock fan - get a Hyper 212 Evo, or the Cryorig H5 - both can be had around the $34 range.

Awkward cause the Hyper 212 Evo was what I was originally going to get but then switched it out for this.. 😛
What specifically is bad about it though?

It's just an incredibly poorly made product. CPU coolers are one of those things that you get what you pay for. It doesn't do anything differently than the stock cooler does. The Hyper 212 Evo is a solid choice, but I'd recommend the Cryorig H7 over that: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4UF2DZ6565

On a core2 intel cpu the stock cooler out performed the arctic cooling gt by quite a bit. Here's a review done on cheap coolers and as you can see, they didn't fair much better than the stock cooler. A couple performed a few degrees better while other did considerably worse (like the gt, 8 degrees worse than stock).

There's a link that follows those results to a more in depth page on silentpcreview.

Like g-unit1111 suggested, a 212 evo or better yet cryorig h7 are about the sweet spot for low budget coolers worth the money, time and hassle. Going below those you may as well stick with the stock cooler.
