i5 4th Gen or i5 6th Gen

Hello everybody,

can you perhaps provide some feedback on the below. What would be a better performer? I plan to run Plex Server and when not watching anything, playing games. Hopefully I would like to be able to play Deus EX Mankind Divided when it comes out, not at ultra high graphics though. I don't plan to overclock at all.

Will there be any bottlenecks?

The 6th generation will obviously have a slight edge. Around a 5% give or take increase in performance.

I would recommend the EVGA W1 430W as those are cheap and are acceptable quality.
