i5-6200u overclocking with pc cooler ?

i have a lenovo e51-80 laptop
ram : 8 gb
cpu : i5-6200u
gpu : intel hd 520
can i overclock cpu or gpu or both if i buy an air coller for thid notebook ?

Sorry. You can't overclock that notebook (even the CPU itself is multiplier locked). And even if you could, there are no better cooling options anyway. You'd run into thermal throttling slowing down the CPU. If you want performance improvement, you'll need to upgrade the CPU itself to something like an i7 4710HQ. And that's only *IF* your laptop motherboard can accept it being a flip socket and Lenovo didn't solder the CPU on to the motherboard.
