i5-6400 and 300w power supply

Will this be an issue for the wattage? 12gb ram, i5-6400 (plan on turbo to 3.3Ghz), gtx960 and running the computer for up to 12hours a day. Also using a 144hz monitor if that changes anything.

It's fine as long as you don't replace the GPU by one that draws a lot more power; you can run that system 24x7 without PSU issues.
