i5 6400 doesnt perform that well

i have an i 5 6400 an it doesnt perform that good in gamesand bottlenecks my gtx 1050(!)
i t should not do that so if you guys have any possibilities pls tell me what can be the issue

Shouldn't be an issue with a 1050. You'll see a very slight bottleneck in CPU intensive games that like higher clock speed. Nothing you can do about it.
