[SOLVED] i5 6400 running slow

My Cpu (i5 6400) is maxed out on almost every game i play i dont know why my computer is struggling so much. I used to run csgo at 300 fps now it runs at 120 and fortnite doesnet even run at 60 fps.
My specs are
Motherboard GIGABYTE GA-H110M-A
CPU i5 6400
RAM G.SKILL Aegis 8GB 288-Pin DDR4
Power Supply CORSAIR CX series CX430 430W
Hard Drive Mushkin Enhanced ECO3 2.5" 240GB SATA II
Case DIYPC Zondda-B Black

Make sure all temperatures are good and turn off power saving features. Make sure nothing is running in the background.
