i5 6400 turbo boost frequency

What is the frequency of the processor when all four cores are being fully utilized and turbo boost is on?

Turbo boost on single core: 3.3 GHz
Turbo boost on all cores fully utilized: 2.9 GHz

Bottom line, cpu is shit either get 6500 or dont waste money.

It should be around 3.1ghz. Usually 1 core fully loaded is your max turbo, 3.3ghz. 2 cores would be 3.2 and 3-4 cores drops it to 3.1. Unless turbo boost works differently on skylake than it has on previous cpu's with turbo boost.
