I5 6400 Turbo Boost NOT Working

I5 6400 Will simply not turbo boost to 3.3 ghz from normal 2.7gh. I have enable turbo boost and doesnt work under gaming/benchmarking/stress test etc... Whats the problem? These are new parts that arrived 2 days ago. Using Gigabyte H110M-DS2 DDR4 MoBo. Help Please.

Turbo Boost is activated if the CPU meets the conditions (temperature), and it only boosts the CPU as far as the CPU can go with its conditions, so it's normal not to Turbo Boost to 3.3GHz.

3300 MHz (1 or 2 cores)
3200 MHz (3 cores)

so whats the temp it needs to hit to boost? and when im playing bf4 it only goes up to 2.7 GHz and not 3.3 what do i need to do for it to hit 3.3 or should i leave it as it is?

Based on the specs given from rgd1101, 3.3GHz is only available for 2 cores simultaneously. So basically, 3.3GHz Turbo Boost is just "marketing gimmick". You may have a bad airflow inside your case, that's why Turbo Boost hasn't been activated yet

Nope i have 3 fans with cooler. cpu only runs about 43 C degrees under full load 100 percent. eg testing with prime95. can u just tell me what temp it has to hit to trigger turbo.
