I5 6400 vs. FX 8350 for editing and some gaming

I am planning on building a PC for mainly editing in Premiere but also doing some light gaming and possibly live streaming (the most intense game I might play is GTA V, which I don't mind running on medium or low settings). However, I am having trouble choosing between the i5 6400 and FX 8350. I know that the I5 is better for gaming but I also feel that the FX would be best for editing and live streaming because of its 8 cores and it also has a higher clock speed and is overclockable. Here are the two builds for each of the processors, I appreciate your input! (Or if you can make me a better build for the same price that would be sweet as well!!)

I would personally go for the i5.
