I think the best GPU that doesn't require additional power from the PSU is the 1650 (non super). While some don't require it others do so make sure it's a model that doesn't.

That being said, it doesn't inspire much confidence if the PSU doesn't even have a 6-pin connection and a low quality unit could ruin your new GPU or other parts.
GIven a Ryzen 3000 compatible mainboard, I'd look for a discrete GPU and an R5-2600/2600X if the 3600 at $174 is over-budget...(you'd likely want at least a GTX1050, which adds expense.

If your gaming needs are light, and served by going with a CPU with no discrete GPU, the 3400G (4 cores but 8 threads) would/should get the nod over the 2200G/3200G if possible....

I'd look at a B450 mainboard....

Add a discrete GPU later if your needs increase, and the R5-3600 is an incredible CPU for $175...

am i better of buying a new GPU or buy new CPU?

Do you have a dedicated graphics card now? You could always go with a ryzen 3600 and a low low end like 25 dollars graphics card to get by until you can afford a better card later.

Now I'd say if you don't want to go that route, I would say a good route would be the 3400g as suggested above. I will say I have the 3600 myself and it's a good CPU. Another alternative would be pick up a 2600 or 2600x which would open a little money for a graphics card.

I'll go for ryzen. It's have better upgrade patch, and better bang for buck. If you use ryzen 3, go for gtx 1660, or rx 570/580. I'll buy better mobo, with better chipset if you plan upgrade, or overclock. Motherboard is up to you, and very personal. Just check, what brands is better.

Get the dedicated GPU first, your CPU should be able to play those games smoothly with a decent GPU. For us to give you a GPU recommendation we need a budget and to know what PSU make/model.
as much as possible, i would like to have no 6 pin connector but if it cant be avoided, ok then.
my budget would be around $200 (converted) im not from the US nor EU so i wont be having good deals
